After following the directions through waze, we parked in this parking area with a fee of Php 150 for overnight.
We were supposed to be brought by this boat to the resort, unfortunately the waves are very strong. So, the boat man said he can’t bring us to the resort.
So, instead of taking the boat, we walked for 100 meters to reach the resort. At first we passed by some houses, then these rocks until we reached the resort.
Accommodation of Summer Cruise Dive Resort
Island Room
We booked the best room in Summer Cruise Dive Resort. The Island Room is located at the second floor, perfect for viewing the ocean.
The room has 1 double bed, and 1 single bed, a ceiling fan, a desk fan, an electric mosquito catcher, and it has its own comfort room.
The room has a balcony too so you can see the ocean.
We even didn’t needed the desk fan because it was cold at night in the room.
This is the view from the room when we looked at the left side.
Here is the private comfort room of Island Room. It has its own sink, toilet bowl, drum of water, dipper, and the most important, a heater.
Coral Room
This room is just like our room, but it has its own windows, and it has 2 single beds.
Same as ours it has a ceiling fan and its own comfort room.

What to do in Summer Cruise?
There are a lot of activities that you can do in Summer Cruise.
1. Relax
The easiest activity is just relaxing in the resort. There are various sun bathing beds and hammocks in the area so you can relax.
Just like Busy in the picture below, he can easily take a nap here. 😆
2. Swim, Snorkel, Scuba Dive
Summer Cruise is just beside the ocean so you can easily swim. If you want to snorkel, just rent from them, or share them in Facebook so you can borrow the snorkeling gears for FREE!
Scuba Diving is the best activity with Summer Cruise. Just like us, we took the introduction to scuba diving lessons from them.

3. Play with the Pets, or bring your own
YES! They are pet friendly. Summer Cruise has its own pets, these cats. They are very playful and close to the people, you can feed them if you want. I played with them, and I fed them a bit of fish, that’s why they kept on sitting beside us.
These are some pets of the visitors.
4. Read a Book
There is a lot of books in the resort, but most of them are in Japanese. Even though they are in Japanese, I tried to read one comics and it was a bit entertaining hahaha.
5. Play Table Tennis
If you love playing Table Tennis or Ping Pong, there is a table here. You can rent this and enjoy it.
6. Try Fishing or Watch the Fish and Crabs
We never tried fishing, but we’re sure we can catch some by just standing in the resort because there are a lot of fishes around!
Here is one of the crabs roaming around.
Here is our view when you just look at your side from the resort, there are a lot of fishes already. Plus there are Jellyfish around, but according to the locals they don’t sting that much. Some fisherman in the area pass by them and they don’t feel anything.
7. Enjoy the Night
Who doesn’t enjoy the night? We had a great time spending the night here.
Plus they have cute Christmas lights 🙂
8. Eat!
Of course! Eat!
You can bring or cook your own food in the resort, the corkage is just Php 200, or you can bring your food and have it cooked by their staff for P100 per person.
We do not want the hassle of cooking or bringing our own food so we just bought food from the resort. Just look at the tray below, we have a lot of food for our dinner!
Here is Summer Cruise’s menu during our stay:
By the way, they have unlimited coffee all day and night.
Here are some of the dishes that we ordered:
I’m sorry for the next picture because we ate a lot before taking a picture hahaha. Obviously the egg here is just the yellow part, and the Beef Tapa was a lot before we took this photo. 😆

Happy and Busy’s Smileys for Summer Cruise Dive Resort
Overall we had a great time in the resort. It was a bit far from civilization so we really felt like we were in a very far province in the Philippines. Plus everything in the resort is affordable. We’ll bring our family and friends here soon so they can also enjoy it.
Cleanliness
The resort was kept clean even though once in a while there are falling leaves.
Facilities
Service
All of the staff are very kind and accommodating. One cook even knocked in our door and told us that she is going home so she cooked our food and she told us that the other staff can heat it up for us, or if we want anything else, the other staff can cook it for us.
Value for money
Everything is affordable! Especially the introduction to scuba diving. The rooms are also priced properly.
Location
It is a bit far from Manila, and we had to walk a few meters or ride a boat to reach it. But it was all worth it, it’s not that hard too. It has a perfect location too because it’s just between the mountain and the sea, so we can easily see fishes and crabs.
Ambiance
