Checking In Casa Carlita
The resort is very easy to find, first, the people in Lipa know the resort, and they are in Waze/Google Maps. So, when we arrive at the area we immediately saw the entrance.
The gate is usually always close for the privacy and protection of the guests.
We parked our car inside their vicinity…
and we said hi to their resident dog.
Then, we continued to check-in. There is a deposit fee of Php 2,000 that you can get upon check out.
Checking in is very easy because there is a lot of staff.
The Villas of Casa Carlita
There are two types of accommodation in the resort: the dormitory type and the other is the villa. Of course, we booked the villa because this is their best accommodation. Three villas are available for guests. Each villa can accommodate up to six individuals and has two floors each.
Balcony
There is a balcony in the villa that you can use to relax. Things like the sanitizer, shoe rack, and electric insect zapper are all located here.
The doors of the villa are made out of mirrors which are just pushed to open. Curtains are available for the privacy of the guests.
First Floor
Here is what the first floor looks like. Two beds, an air conditioning unit, television, and a refrigerator are all here.
The other bed is a pull-out bed which can be used if needed.
Comfort room of the Villa
I love the comfort room of the villa, it smells so good and it is so clean! A shower area, toilet bowl, sink, a mirror, hot and cold shower, and shampoo and bath gel are all available.
Second Floor
Here is the second floor of the villa, it also has its own air conditioning unit, and three beds.
The main bed is a double bed which can accommodate two people.
There is also a window so you can still see the beauty of the resort.
Amenities of Casa Carlita
There are a lot of amenities in the resort.
Garden
There is a lot of plants in the resort. So, we explored the garden…
and took some pictures in it.
Children’s Playground
Kids will also love the resort because there is a playground.
Event/ Dining Hall
There is a big hall in the resort that you can use for any function or just simply for eating.
Pool Table
Activity/ Chill Area
There is this area where you can use for your event or just simply chillin’.
Then, at night, this area turns into a movie area.
Comfy bean bags and various chairs and tables are available. You can even choose your own movie on the screen.
Of course, we stayed for a while and watched a movie.
Fire Pit
In the morning the fire pit can be used as a simple relaxing area.
Then, at night, you can ask the staff to prepare a on fire for you.
Get yourself warm, or go and make some smores.
Common Comfort Rooms
The other accommodation type is the dormitory, which doesn’t have its own comfort rooms. So, the common comfort rooms are here to accommodate guests in the dormitory plus the day tour guests.
Usually, common comfort rooms are not that nice, but their common comfort rooms are nice and are very well maintained.
Common Cooking Area
If you want to cook or grill, you may use this area. There are no fees in grilling, just bring your own charcoal. But, there is a minimal fee if you want to use the gas stove.
Swimming Pool
Finally, there is a swimming pool.
The dept of the pool is from 2 feet up to (I guess) 5 1/2 feet.
Sunbathing beds and different sofa sets are available here so you can rest after taking a swim.
At night, the pool is still available, but they close the lights at 10 PM.
Busy and I actually like swimming very early in the morning or at night because we are avoiding the sun hahaha.

Overall our stay is great! We had a lot of things to do in the resort, like swimming, playing billiards, watching movies, and a lot more. If ever we will be having another chance, we will definitely come back.

The resort is overall clean, and everything is well maintained.
