What is Casobe?

Casobe is a Leisure Tourism Estate that has a lot of attractions, one of which is the vacant lots that are available for sale. These lots can be bought and be used as vacation houses or commercial property.

Casobe is being developed by Landco Pacific Corporation, which is a developer who is well known to create luxurious communities, so we are sure that the outcome will be great.

My first impression of Casobe is great, there are lots of amenities available as of this writing, but there will be more in the future. It will be nice to have a property here and live in it, have it rented to someone else, or to make it a business.

Attractions in Casobe

Here are the attractions in Casobe which are existing and some that will be built in the next few years. Whooo! I am excited to show you all of these. Lot owners can use all of these as soon as they are open.

Hotels/Condotels

There will be a hotel/condotel that will be constructed here.

Aquaria Water Park

This is Aquaria Water Park, which is already open for guests. It is made out of various swimming pools, and a 525-meter beach.

Crusoe Cabins

Here is where I and my brother stayed when we visited Casobe. These are made out of old containers and turned into a nice accommodation.

Cocoons

This is also another accommodation that is very IG-worthy and looks so creative.

Colony

There is also a co-working space here, named the Colony. I can imagine working remotely here while relaxing. Stress away!

The Beachfront

Calatagan, Batangas is known for its white sand, but most of the nice white sand in Calatagan can be found here in Casobe.

Canopy

This one is an events place.

The Isle

This is one of my favorites here because just look at it, it is so dreamy. Oh, by the way, this is an event place too! Imagine having your wedding here!

Lots For Sale

Here is the map of the lots available for sale. You may choose between the Retail Row, Harbour Walk, or the Activity Block.

If I am going to choose I will go for the Activity Block because I like where the events are happening.
