Playa Calatagan is another pleasure estate that Landco Pacific Corporation developed in Batangas. It is a luxurious subdivision situated in Calatagan, Batangas, near Casobe.

This lush green forest in the middle of the subdivision is a breather. I will be glad to have my house beside this forest.

Above the hills, the Hilltop Clubhouse is located. The Hilltop Clubhouse has an awesome infinity swimming pool which can be easily enjoyed.

Finally, if you want exclusivity, you have to visit the beach club wherein guests are exclusively lot owners only.

Of course, there are various swimming pools, but you also get to have the beach.

Aside from the mentioned attractions, lot owners of Playa Calatagan can also use the attractions in Casobe at a discounted rate.

Here is the whole map of the subdivision. If I am going to choose, I will choose a property at the top of the highest hill, or near the Bamboo Park. Busy usually wants to relax and have some time off especially when he thinks, so it is nice to have something refreshing near our property.
