One of my travel goals in each place that I go to is to visit any Hello Kitty attractions. So when Busy and I, together with our friends went to Taipei, Taiwan, I scheduled our lunch in Hello Kitty Kitchen and Dining on the actual day of my birthday. 🙂

First Impressions
The diner was very easy to find. After we went to the Huashan 1914 Creative Park, we went to the diner, which is just adjacent to the park.
I put my Hello Kitty glasses on and we went inside the diner. Ohhh I was really excited!
We were informed that there is a minimum number of orders. We are composed of 5 persons, so we must order 5 dishes. The dish per person can be a pizza, pasta, a dessert, or even a drink.
The prices of the food were a bit pricey in Hello Kitty Kitchen and Dinning. It’s just me who wanted to eat in the diner so we just had a few snacks here 🙂
There is also a 2-hour time limit for staying inside the diner.

Inside Hello Kitty Kitchen and Dining
The reception and the take-out counter were very much decorated with Hello Kitty already.
The stairs to the dining area also looked good.
The sunlight helped reflect the pinkish vibe through the stairs.
There were walls great for picture taking, so we enjoyed it first.
There were also some souvenir items which were available for sale.
After a while, we saw the dinning area, it was surrounded with Hello Kitty! ?
From the tables, to the chairs, and the wall decor, everything is Hello Kitty!
I could seat here all day!
A nice Hello Kitty touch was also added on the ceiling.
Even Hello Kitty herself can be found at the counter. ?
The Food
A place mat, spoon, fork, and a glass with water were provided to each guest. They have a simple table setting, but it was cute! I even took the place mat and cover of the cup home, those were my souvenirs. ?
In addition to your order, the diner will serve additional dishes:
First is this creamy soup.
Second, these diner rolls. Ohhh the bread has Hello Kitty’s face!
Third, drinks were also served. There were a lot of choices, but I preferred Fanta.
Lastly, a Hello Kitty jello is also served for the dessert.
Egg and Beef Pizza
For our first order, we had the Egg and Beef Pizza. At first, I thought the pizza will be shaped like Hello Kitty hahaha, well that will be hard. Although the pizza was circle, it was served on a Hello Kitty wooden plate which gave it a Hello Kitty shape vige. Ohh it also has a Hello Kitty shaped cheese in the middle of the pizza.
I thought that it has a few ingredients, but as I tasted it, it was delicious, and it has a lot of beef beneath those cheese.
This pizza is good for 1 to 2 persons.
Kitty Beef Burger with Ham and Cheese
This one is a complete meal! The burger is served with fries, and fresh salad on the side.
This dish matched my expectations of a good looking Hello Kitty dish. The star of the dish was really shaped into Hello Kitty.
Just look at the burger buns, it has Hello Kitty’s face! I do not want to eat it but I have to! ?
The burger overall tasted good, the patty was cooked to my taste it was in fact cooked to medium rare. I thought it was just a regular burger at first, but as I slowly took a bite, I realized that this burger is different from the burger patty of the fast food chains.
Dessert
It’s my birthday so I ordered a mini cake 🙂 I just ordered a small one because we can’t eat a large cake in one seating.
This Kitty Lemon Tower was plated beautifully. The dessert was generally a medium sized lemon tart, therefore it has the taste of semi sweet and sour lemon.
Even though the cake was small, it was enough for everyone.
I was really happy celebrating my birthday in the dinner. The staff placed a candle on my mini cake, and my friends and Busy prepared themselves…
They prepared themselves because Busy and our friends sang a birthday song in Chinese for me, however….
Yes we just got the video before they began to sing HAHAHAHAHA They thought they were filming while they were singing! They were even embarrassed while singing because they do not know if they pronounce the words correctly.
Anyway, there were other dessert options in the diner.
I am just not sure but I think the picture above is a souffle, and the picture below shows the different mini cake or tarts.
Of course they also have a large cake.
Drinks
Dining won’t be complete until we ordered drinks 🙂
Hello Kitty’s face was placed on the foam of the latte.
We ordered two latte, the strawberry, and the coffee.
The strawberry latte has the right balance of sweetness of the strawberry and the bitterness of the coffee, while the cafe latte tasted like the usual coffee latte.
This drink looked fancy from the picture so I also have to order even though I am not a fan of soda.
It was a combination of the usual soda, and orange juice. The Hello Kitty element in this drink was the Hello Kitty shaped ice on top! Although the rectangle shaped red and orange looks cute at the top of the drink, these were just colored ice, it does not add any flavor in the drink.
Comfort Room
The comfort room were all clean and they have several cubicles. Plus it was also decorated with Hello Kitty!!!

Food
The food were delicious, however the serving size can be improved.
Location
It was well located on the busy street near the Huashan 1914 Creative Park. Public transportation was accessible from the diner.
Ambiance
I love the ambiance! It was full of Hello Kitty! You won’t be disappointed with the abundance of Hello Kitty decors inside the diner. My boyfriend and my friends who were all boys also enjoyed the diner even though they are not a fan of Hello Kitty. They were mesmerized how pretty the place was.
Value for money
The food were a bit pricey. I’ve been through a lot of Hello Kitty cafe and restaurants already, so I understand that most of these Hello Kitty cafe and restaurants serve expensive food.
Service
All of the staff were helpful, well… most of the Taiwanese people were good. They even gave me a candle for my mini cake. The service was also very fast in the diner, our food were served after a few minutes. i think they serve fast because they also have a time limit of 2 hours per group.
Comfort Room
The comfort rooms were clean and were decorated with Hello Kitty.
