Inside Kusina Comfort Foods

The restaurant is located inside the hotel, just beside the swimming pool. Non hotel guests can still eat here.

The restaurant looks decent and has good lighting.

Dishes of Kusina Comfort Foods

They mainly serve Filipino Food, but they also have other international cuisines.

Beef Salpicao

For our appetizer, we ordered Beef Salpicao. It is very tasty and made us ask for rice, so we also made this one a viand instead of an appetizer.

Inihaw na Pusit

Each serving has a 200-gram Pusit (Squid), which is a bit small, but it is tasty.

Sinigang na Baboy

The main viand of the night is this Sinigang na Baboy which is a very classic Filipino dish. It is a sour soup that has different vegetables and Pork.

Our bowl contains around 7 to 10 cubes of Pork, which is just enough for both of us.

Pizza

Finally, we ordered pizza to try something out of the Filipino cuisine.

It tasted good too, and it is good for up to three or four people.

We didn’t finish this one of course, but we took this one out so we can have it as our midnight snack.

Turon with Langka

Here is our dessert for the night, the Turon with Langka, sprinkled with Chocolate sauce on top.

Buffet Breakfast

Aside from the delicious meals mentioned above, they also serve a buffet breakfast every day. Hotel guests can enjoy this, plus those who just passed by and wanted to eat at the buffet.

The breakfast buffet consists of one type of juice, three viands, eggs, fried or plain rice, soup, and fresh fruits.

Overall, Busy and I had a great time during our dinner and breakfast. I forgot the name of our waiter during our stay, but we like him. He knows the menu so well and suggested dishes that we have to try.
