There is a new hip and cool and IG worthy restaurant, WYP Restaurant! So, while I waited for Busy, I went there and had a snack. Busy and I are going to check in at UNWND Luxury Hostel later.

Inside WYP Restaurant

I literally said “wow” when I went inside the restaurant. It looks cool! Even though the restaurant is not that big, it has everything that the customers need. The whole restaurant used the Tiki theme, but in a classy way.

This is the bar area of the restaurant, it looks stylish and will really get you into drinking 😉

There are also two large areas wherein you can use if ever you and your friends will visit the restaurant.

Comfort Room

One of the best features of each restaurant is their Comfort Room… Oh yes! I love to check out the comfort rooms of each restaurant haha. Why? It is because I believe that they prepare their food as clean as their comfort room hahaha kinda weird haha I know.

Anyway, their comfort room looks awesome! It was well made and maintained properly! Even though there’s just one and is used by both men and women, it smell so good and very clean!

I’m just by myself when I went there so I ordered a “few” haha.

Bahn Mi Shrimp

I ordered a Bahn Mi Shrimp because they said this is one of their bestsellers. This one is as good as the Bahn Mi I tasted in Vietnam, plus, their version has a lot of shrimps, and it is served with crispy Sweet Potato chips.

Pok Pok Wings

This is another dish from their best sellers, the Pok Pok Wings. The name is kinda weird but it sounds fun hahaha, and it is also eye catching.

These are not just your ordinary wings because these are Vietnamese style buffalo wings. It really tasted good, I could even finish everything, but I can’t ’cause I am full haha.

Orange Juice and Mojito

I got two drinks even though I’m just by myself haha. I got an Orange Juice and a Mojito. As expected, both tasted good.

Overall I really enjoyed my dining experience in WYP Restaurant. Aside from the good food, nice ambiance, and friendly staff, it gave me a complete experience of a simple day in Poblacion 🙂

Food

I love how authentic the Bahn Mi tasted, how the wings were cooked, and how my drinks were made. The serving is also a lot, I didn’t finish mine, so I took it home.

Location

The restaurant can be easily located. Parking space is limited, but you can park on the side of the whole street.

Ambiance

The classy Tiki vibe is excellent and well executed in the bar and restaurant.

Value for money

Each dish is priced reasonably.

Service

Everybody is so friendly! The bartenders will help you in choosing your drink, the waitresses will gladly assist you, and even their guard, he was so friendly. He assisted me through their COVID prevention process.

Comfort Room

Oh my 5 smileys is not even enough for their comfort room! Even though there is just 1 comfort room and it is shared by both boys and girls, it’s okay because it really looked good!
