Baked by Ching – Ube, Chocolate, Caramel Cakes!

We got cakes from Baked by Ching! Right now they have three available cake flavors, the Ube Cream Cake, Truffle Chocolate Truffle Cake, and the Caramel Cake. So, read on and see what they look like and tastes like.

We were so excited to taste the cakes when we received them. So, we made a review right away!

Here is a short vlog of us eating the cakes.

Ube Cream Cake

First, we tasted the Ube Cream Cake. It is placed in a Gold circle tin can, which makes it looked classy.

The Ube Cream Cake is made out of soft and fluffy Ube chiffon cake, with special cream on top and sprinkled with Ube cake shreds.

Just look at one bite of this cake, it may look like mushy, but this tastes really good! The cake and the cream compliments each other.

This cake is Busy and my favorite. Why? It is because this cake tasted soo good but it is very light and it is not too sweet. I am not actually an Ube lover but, I love this one.

Chocolate Truffle Cake

Next, we had the Chocolate Truffle Cake. It is placed in a silver round tin can.

This is a layered cake which is made out of a chocolate chiffon cake in the bottom, a thick silky chocolate truffle mousse in the middle, and topped with dark chocolate shards and cocoa dust.

Can you see the thickness of the mousse? It’s so yummy!

Just like the Ube cake, this one is also not too sweet.

Caramel Cake

Finally, we had a Caramel Cake. The cake is baked in a aluminum foil tray, and placed inside a box.

This one is a fluffy chiffon cake topped with caramel sauce which is not that sweet.

This cake is so cute! Our name is on the cake. You can customize the words on your cake, or add other decorations.

There are different cake sizes and price for the Caramel Cake.

The cake is true to its description, it is really not too sweet and it tastes really good.

Take note: You have to eat the cake in 2 days. There is no preservatives so it may spoil after 2 days.
