There are a lot of tourist spots and activities in Bohol, so here is a quick list of what to do in Bohol that might help you get started on your vacation.
Activities Involving Water – What to do in Bohol?
There are various activities involving water, so here they are.
There are some waterfalls in here like the Can-Umantad Falls, Pahangog Falls (AK.A. Dimiao Twin Falls), Camugao Falls, Panga Falls, and Ingkumhan Falls. If you have plenty of time, you can visit all of them.
During our stay, we had a chance to visit Dimiao Twin Falls and Can-Umantad Falls only due to our limited time.
Freediving, Snorkeling, or Scuba Diving
Bohol is known for its majestic diving sites so it is a go-to place for divers. Some of the diving sites are Balicasag Island, Kalipayan (Happy Wall), Napaling, Arco Point, Cabilao Island, Pamalican Island, Tangnan Wall, Cervesa Shoal, Habagat Shipwreck, Tangnan Wall, Danao Beach Reef, Garden Eels, and Doljo Point.
Balicasag Island and Virgin Island are usually included in the Island Hopping Tour.
There are some cave pools here too such as: Hinagdanan Cave Pool, Cabagnaw Cave Pool, Tibao Cave Pool, and Cateres Cave Pool.
Chilling by the Beach
Bohol is composed of a few islands in the middle of the sea, so there are a lot of beaches here like Alona, Doljo, Anda White, Bolod, Bagobo, Momo, Balicasag, Dauis, Danao, Bingag, Dao, Duero, Santa Fe, Cainget, and Laya Beach.
Be a Mermaid for a Day!
Anyone can be a mermaid for a day by renting a Mermaid Tail from Villa Tomasa Beach Resort.
If you want to see the Dolphins showing off, you have to wake up early and go on the Dolphin Watching Tour.
Kayaking or using a Paddle Board
There are a lot of Kayaks and Paddle Boards along Alona Beach that you can rent.
Mid to Extreme Activities – What to do in Bohol?
Chocolate Hills ATV Ride
Another way to enjoy the Chocolate Hills view is to ride an ATV. You can get the services of Graham ATV & Bugcar Rental Services.
Seeing the Sea of Clouds
If you can wake up early, you can go and hike to see the Sea of Clouds.
Go to Danao Adventure Park, Bohol
There are a lot of extreme activities at Danao Adventure Park. So we went there and tried some of the most popular ones.
This is basically riding a chair that is hanging from cable wires going through the majestic view.
Next, the Zipline is a little bit more for the adventurous.
This is the most extreme activity at Danao Adventure Park. One person hangs from a cable and is freely dropped from the cliff.

Food Trip – What to do in Bohol?
Bohol has a lot of delicious food to offer, here are some of the restaurants that we visited.
Bassa Bar and Villa
This restaurant has a great ambiance, delicious and nice plated food, and good service.
The Reef Panglao

Villa Tomasa’s Seafood Boodle
This package can feed up to 6 persons! If you are in Bohol you should not miss eating seafoods.
Bohol Bee Farm’s The Buzz Ice Cream
I love Bohol Bee Farm’s ice cream! So every time we go to Bohol, we do not miss grabbing an Ice Cream. They have various stores in Bohol, along Alona Beach, and in the main Bee Farm.
If you are Vegan or not, you will surely love eating at Shaka Cafe because they have good dishes, especially these Fruit Bowls.
